Established in 2006, the owner
has a Mechanical Engineering degree and over 30
years' experience in Isolator/exhaust hood/containment
equipment design, and clean room/dust isolation
module design. He has done technical writing of
SOPs, Validation documentation, Maintenance Procedures
including HEPA filter testing, equipment commissioning
documents, HVAC sequence of operations velocity
testing and smoke testing protocols, lab hood safety
procedures and has had numerous papers presented
at ISPE and AGS educational seminars. He has industry
involvement in the International Society of Pharmaceutical
Engineers (ISPE), American Glove Box Society (AGS)
and was chairman of the Standards development committee
for pharmaceutical containment devices. He was also
co-author for the AGS publication on Design Guidelines
for glove boxes.
Our combined staff has over 40 years' experience
in Plant Engineering and Project Management of HVAC
systems design for the Pharmaceutical industry,
clean room design & certification including commissioning
& troubleshooting of such systems. We have extensive
training in USP 797 compliance and facilities retrofit
to meet these requirements. Our technicians receive
"advanced" OEM training in the maintenance
& certification of all kinds of containment equipment
designed for either product and/or personnel protection.
We also maintain HAZMAT Safety Certification for
dealing with contaminated equipment.
